Today we had a full service move done by Mark and Brady. They were amazing! They were so polite and FAST! I couldn't believe how fast they loaded and unloaded all of our furniture and boxes. We had a great experience with Badger Brothers Moving! When we last moved, I had a horrible experience with one of Badger Brothers' competitors, so I approached this move with skepticism. The other mover had given me a quote that our move would take about 8 hours. With the other mover, the pace of moving slowed down considerably during the last two hours, and my brother caught the two guys sitting in the truck doing nothing after we hadn't seen them for a half hour. Lo and behold, the move magically took just as long as they had said it would, even though they'd hardly worked the last two hours. Contrast that with Badger - they gave us a quote of about 8 hours, too, based on my description of our stuff. The rate was lower, so I was pleased - but not nearly as pleased as I was when they took less time! Our movers (Andrew & Nick) were literally jogging down our apartment hallway on trips back from the truck. They weren't doing it for show, either - while I was loading my car, my husband (whom they hadn't met) came home unexpectedly and saw them working really hard. They wrapped all of our furniture quickly and fully, and expertly disassembled and re-assembled our beds (the prior movers lost hardware and didn't know how to put things together). It was a pleasure, both personally and professionally, to work with these guys. Heartily recommend!

What a move! We had an amazing experience with Badger Brothers. Ben called us the night before, the morning of and even 10 min away to keep us up to date with their movement. When Roberto and Ben showed up they were enthusiastic and ready to go. The boxes left our flat within a few hours and the truck was all loaded up. They even volunteered to move the little/random/non-boxable items. Once we were at our new house they helped put legs back on our custom dining room table and even move an existing bookshelf around. This was my first time ever using professional movers, and I relied on past Yelp reviews to select Badger Brothers.  I am so glad that I did!  Lukas and Matt had to move everything down a flight of stairs at the old apartment and up another flight at the new apartment.  They were quick, easy-going, careful, and most of all, compassionate.  At my new building, there was a mix-up and some carpet was ripped up just outside my apartment door.  The guys had to wait while it was repaired so no one tripped.  They stopped "the clock" and chatted with me while we waited and assured me it was not a big deal.  This really decreased my stress level and made things a lot easier, as I was rather obsessed with the cost.  Should I have to move again in the area, I won't hesitate to call Badger Bros!!!

Badger Brothers was excellent. Andrew and Nick were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The truck was superbly packed, and both fragile items and large furniture pieces were given the care they needed. Make sure you set aside anything you don't want in the truck, because once they get started you'll be amazed how quickly things are flying out of your home. I wish I had used them on the moving in end as well- they blew my other movers out of the water.

My husband and I moved one block on the East Side from a first floor apartment to a second floor, lofted apartment on 7/31/16 and we couldn't have done it without Badger Brothers. The guys were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. When parking the truck at our new apartment they were blocked by someone else's U-Haul, but were clever enough to back the truck up to a railing and pull the ramp down over it. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to have contacted Badger Brothers Moving. This is the third move for me in the Madison area, and by far, the BEST moving company I have ever used. These guys have moving down to an art form. I was moving from a second story apartment to a ground floor condo about 20 miles away, and the entire move was just over 2 hours. When I moved  last year to the second floor apartment, I had less furniture, and paid $332 more than Badger Brothers charged me. Badger Brothers came in under the quote they gave me. Enough cannot be said about the professionalism of Eric and Adrian. They helped me complete a somewhat complicated move last summer with absolutely no issues or headaches. After agreeing to an incredibly fair price, they showed up on the morning of our scheduled move and packed the truck with lightening speed. They took great care with our stuff and brought all the necessary wrapping supplies to protect our furniture. They then made quick work of my girlfriend's apartment and were on the road.  We were a bit hesitant because they were going to beat us to the new place, but we had a friend meet them and let them in and sure enough, when we arrived, everything was in our apartment and not a single thing was damaged or missing. Eric and Adrian helped us tremendously and we *HIGHLY* recommend them! They are trustworthy, friendly, and punctual - what more could you ask for?!

We just completed a 2 bedroom condo to a 2 bedroom plus office house move this weekend.  We had many boxes, bags and a good bit of furniture including a large king platform bed frame that was very heavy.  Andrew and Shawn arrived on time, called ahead to make sure we knew they were coming.  They were polite, careful, and asked first, when in doubt about something.  They wrapped every piece of furniture. We had no breakage or damage.  They were very helpful unloading with placing furniture and making sure that we were happy with the placement.  I would recommend them definitely.

They moved a stuffed, 3-bedroom home from the near West side of Madison to the West side of Madison. We found these guys online after getting quotes from a couple of the big moving companies. After getting a price from Badger that was less than half of the big guys, we checked a couple of their references and received glowing reviews. The day of the move, the two brothers/owners picked-up the moving truck for me and showed-up promptly at my house at 7:00am. They were courteous, professional, clean-cut, well-spoken, and built like brick sh*t houses. These were not just some big moving company's shady/shaggy employees moving us; these were the two proprietors of a small business. These guys cared. The move was tough: we had some big furniture and some nasty staircases to negotiate, but these guys literally muscled-through it with no complaints. After a hot, grueling day, Badger had all of our possessions moved into the new house with absolutely no damage. They also returned the moving truck for me, so I could continue unpacking. I'm pretty careful when it comes to recommending contractors/services, but I can honestly write here that I wholeheartedly recommend these two young, enterprising men with absolutely zero reservations.

After hours of research and conversations with several other movers, I chose Badger Brothers. It's a leap of faith hiring a mover. You just never know what/who you will get so I'll admit I was a bit nervous hiring a smaller company for my move... I spoke with Eric. He was very accommodating and professional, even with my having to change my move date. He called prior to the actual moving day to confirm, which certainly put my mind at ease! Eric and Adrian arrived at the home and I can tell you they are strapping, enormous guys able to leap buildings in a single bound. They introduced themselves, shook hands,(Yeah.. really. They did. Firm handshake/look-you-in-the-eye/our-parents- taught-us-well goodness)  took a look around and planned their attack. Within a couple of hours the truck was loaded and off we went. They drove the nearly 5 hour trip and immediately got to work unloading. Whew. What a relief to have that taken care of by such great guys. I selected Badger Brothers after reading, contacting, and talking with literally dozens of "movers" on Craigslist. All of the other movers could barely muster a sentence, let alone provide with with a quote or any suggestions/details.  When I contacted Eric, he was friendly and professional. I gave him the details of my move and he assured me it would be an easy move and that it would take about 3-4 hours to complete.  Two days before the move, he called to confirm the meeting time and place. Moving day came, and Eric and Adrian arrived exactly on time. They wasted no time getting to work, loading the contents from my storage unit into the U-Haul. I helped as much as I could, but with as fast and proficient as the two of them were, I was only getting in the way. They made short work of the load; it took maybe one hour to empty my 10x15 storage unit into the truck. Everything was packed securely and logically. The guys were super friendly during the entire load-in. They followed me to the new location, and once again immediately went to work, unloading the truck. I moved into a 2-story house, and those guys made short work of the stairs (both upstairs and down to the basement). They're both beasts, easily carrying box springs and tables solo, but never once did they bump into or damage anything. We were done before I knew it; they helped rearrange a few items inside before leaving, and were still done in 3-hours flat. They really are hard working and relentless.

My moving experience with the Badger Brothers Moving company was outstanding. I was moving from my second floor apartment to another second floor apartment not too far away. I've never hired movers before, and I chose Badger Brothers both because of the reviews and because they quoted a great price that included everything without any extra fees for things like stairs. Eric was great on the phone and answered all my questions, and the two guys who came to do the move were friendly, professional, hardworking, and fast. It was a hot, humid day.  A big truck with the sign Badger Brothers Moving, LLC pulls up to my 2 bedroom apartment. My boxes are packed, and the furniture is anxiously waiting for a new adventure.  I stepped out onto the lawn and was greeted by the nicest man whose hand was extended and a smile on his face.  After our introductions the work began and continued for the next several hours. Sweating, straining and working at a continual pace, the two Badger workers dodged wasps, climbed and descended stairs all the while cheerfully asking where I would like things to go or if there was anything else they could do for me. I recently used badger brothers for a move from the east side to the west side of madison. We only had a few things for them to move and a budget in mind, and they were extremely easy to talk with and figure out how to get within our budget. A couple emails and we had an appointment scheduled with a quoted price. They were courteous, friendly, and built. These guys have moving down to a science. Not only that, but they were $40 cheaper per hour than anybody else in madison. I'd rather give my business to a local company than some franchise who can't be bothered to give me a quote unless I fill out their moving spreadsheet. Use these guys, they're awesome.
